Winter offers groomed ski trails, snowmobile trails and clubhouse, bonfire circle and snowshoes, downhill skiing nearby. Spring-Fall offers Lake Allegan access with private sand beach and dock, fishing, kayaks and kayak trips, peddle boat, bonfire circle, biking, hiking.
